The herbs of Echinacea and Goldenseal are included and have been well known for their ability to enhance the immune system.  Also Pau D Arco has been well documented for its benefits toward the immune system. Acidophilus has been added for its benefit of being the most prevalent bacteria already present in the gut. These all together may work to boost the immune system.
